Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 16, 2026

This policy describes how John Little, operating Faeclash (“we”), handles information in the Faeclash mobile game and this information website. Contact support@faeclash.com with privacy questions. Faeclash is currently in a limited beta; features may differ by build.

Information we handle

How we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, save and restore progress, run matches and social features, provide purchased benefits and earned rewards, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests and maintain the service. We do not request access to your contacts, microphone, camera or precise device location in the current mobile beta.

Advertising and privacy choices

The iOS app integrates Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform. Xcode and TestFlight installations use test ads; eligible App Store installations can use live ads when available. Optional rewarded ads provide in-game benefits when completion and reward saving succeed. Remove Ads disables automatic ads; optional rewarded ads remain available.

For adults, Faeclash may ask for Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission during user-initiated ad setup. If you allow tracking, Google may use device identifiers for tracking to personalize and measure advertising across other companies’ apps and websites, subject to your other consent choices and applicable restrictions.

If you decline, your device restricts tracking, or permission has not been granted, Faeclash requests non-personalized ads. Your choice does not change gameplay, reward amounts or access to earned rewards. Ads may still be unavailable because of consent requirements, daily limits or ad inventory. Allowing Apple tracking does not override your regional privacy choices or guarantee personalized ads.

Google’s SDK may process IP addresses (including to estimate approximate location), device or app identifiers, ad views and interactions, app interaction information, crash logs, performance information and other diagnostic data. Google’s bundled privacy declarations list advertising, marketing and analytics purposes for several of these categories; its consent SDK also processes information for app functionality. Faeclash uses ad-reward records to credit rewards and prevent duplicate claims. We do not use account email addresses for advertising or marketing. Non-personalized and test ads still involve data processing. Faeclash does not send your account email, friend list or saved squads to Google for ad personalization. Reward verification may use an account identifier and a reward request token to credit the correct player.

Before preparing ads, the app asks for an age group: under 13, 13–17, or 18 or older. Only the group is saved on this device; we do not ask for a birth date or send this age-group preference to the Faeclash account service. Ad requests for under-18 players use Google’s restricted-age treatment, non-personalized ads and disabled publisher personalization, without the app requesting Apple tracking permission. This applies even if Apple tracking permission was previously allowed. Google receives the restricted-age signal needed to apply this treatment. Ads are not prepared for an unknown age group or an under-13 selection. This ad preference does not verify identity or provide parental controls.

Manage your choices

Learn more from How Google uses information from apps that use its services, Google’s Privacy Policy, and Apple’s tracking permission guidance. Changing consent applies to future processing; some information may remain subject to retention, security or legal requirements.

Providers and disclosures

We use Supabase for authentication, Cloudflare for hosting and cloud game services, email delivery services for sign-in messages, Apple for iOS distribution and purchases, and Google for ads and consent management. Information necessary for these functions is processed by the relevant providers. Their own policies also apply: Supabase, Cloudflare, Apple, and Google as linked above.

We do not sell your account email or cloud progress. Advertising-related processing is described above and remains subject to applicable privacy choices. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or protect rights.

Device storage and this website

The app stores practice saves, preferences and certain retry or frequency records on your device. Native sign-in refresh credentials use secure device storage. Signing out does not erase practice saves. This static information website includes no advertising scripts or analytics scripts added by us; its hosting provider processes requests to serve and protect the pages.

Retention, security and deletion

Cloud account data is retained while the account exists to provide its features. You can request deletion through Settings → Player profile & cloud squads → Delete account, or contact support. The app removes its cloud profile and associated game and social records; authentication deletion may require a retry if the provider is unavailable. Device practice saves, Apple purchase records and separate prototype-site accounts are distinct.

Provider backups, security logs and records required by law may persist according to the applicable provider’s retention practices or legal obligations. We use access controls and encrypted network connections, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Age and regional rights

Faeclash is intended for teens and adults, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact support so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your information, object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent. Contact support to make a request; we may verify your identity. Where applicable, you may also complain to your local privacy authority. Processing may occur outside your country through the providers described above.

Changes and contact

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required. For questions or requests, email support@faeclash.com.
